Customer Service Representative DS Home Services is a fast-growing, multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator servicesand we're just as committed to our team as we are to our customers. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Hyde Park office. This is an entry-level position with real growth opportunities for the right person. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly manner Schedule service appointments Enter and update customer information in our system Make outbound calls for follow-ups and scheduling Assist with office tasks and team projects Help create a great experience for every customer What We're Looking For Clear, professional phone voice Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and office software Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required. Pay & Benefits $18$24 per hour, based on experience and communication skills.
