Project Manager Public Projects Our client is a respected general contractor founded in the mid-1980s and built on principles of honesty, commitment, and quality craftsmanship. With offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, they deliver projects throughout MA, RI, and CT, with a particularly strong pipeline in Southern Massachusetts. Their work spans public/municipal, higher education, lab/life science, and commercial construction, with project values ranging from $1M to $50M. Job Description Manage public and municipal construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Lead projects typically ranging from $10M-$15M in value. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, inspectors, and internal teams. Manage both renovation (60%) and ground-up (40%) construction work. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to track project performance. Ensure compliance with public bidding, documentation, and reporting requirements. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Must have public or municipal project experience Demonstrated ability to independently manage $8M+ public projects Experience delivering renovation and/or ground-up construction Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Ability to commute to the Foxborough, MA office What's on Offer Base salary up to $145K (dependant on experience).
