Position Summary We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the VP of Growth with an emphasis on business partner outreach, enablement and ongoing relationship management efforts This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking initiative, and wants to be directly involved in driving revenue, expanding market reach, and fueling go-to-market success. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Executive teams to engage prospects, optimize workflows, maintain pipeline accuracy, and strengthen the front end of our sales engine. This role offers exceptional exposure to high-impact growth activities and is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, partnerships, or business development within a high-growth technology organization. This is a fully remote position; candidates must be located within the United States. Key Responsibilities Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, research, and qualify prospective partners across key strategic verticalsConduct outreach to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnershipsSupport onboarding, enablement, and activation efforts for new partnersAssist in coordinating joint initiatives such as co-marketing or pilot activities Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce preferred)Monitor opportunity stages and ensure consistent pipeline progressionIdentify risks, delays, and gaps within the pipeline and report to leadershipPrepare weekly updates and summaries for internal stakeholders Market & Competitive ResearchMonitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologiesProvide insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesSupport experimentation and evaluation of new offerings Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Marketing to develop outreach materials and campaign supportWork with Product and Operations to align growth activities with customer needsAssist with pilot launches, demos, and partnership events Reporting & AnalysisTrack KPIs across outreach, partnerships, and business development activitiesAnalyze performance trends and provide recommendationsDeliver data-backed insights to guide strategic decisions Special ProjectsPartner with the VP of Growth on strategic initiatives, GTM pilots, and partnership programsSupport operational improvements that enhance efficiency across the growth organization Qualifications Required2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth-focused rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building and client-facing abilitiesHighly organized with strong project management skillsProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create insightsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities PreferredExperience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or tech-enabled servicesFamiliarity with modern sales tools, automation platforms, or analytics systemsExperience working cross-functionally within a scaling or growth-stage organization Application Process Interested candidates should submit:A cover letter describing relevant experience and interest in the roleA current resume or CVImportant: This role is restricted to U.S. citizens due to the nature of the work and applicable government regulations.
