The Maintenance Technician role at the Pecatonica location provides 2nd shift support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment Follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions Complete all required paperwork and documentation Follow appropriate practices and procedures Responsibility for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues Important details: This position pays $30.43/hr plus a shift premium and is on A Shift, 12:00am-8:00am in a union manufacturing plant About You: The ability to work others shifts. Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written Experience in a manufacturing environment food manufacturing a plus The ability to work overtime and weekends
