SAP MM/WM/LE Consultant

Job Title: SAP MM/WM/LE Consultant. Location: Austin, TX. Duration: Long Term Contract. Direct Client: Req. Skills Required: SAP MM Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM) module, including configuration, master data management, and procurement processes. SAP WM Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module, including warehouse configuration, inventory tracking, and handling units management. SAP LE Competence: In-depth knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module, including outbound and inbound deliveries, shipment planning, and goods issue/receipt processes. Technical Configuration: Ability to configure and customize SAP MM/WM/LE modules to meet specific business requirements. Integration Skills: Experience with integrating SAP MM/WM/LE modules with other SAP modules like SD, FI, and CO for seamless end-to-end business processes. Master Data Management: Proficiency in managing and maintaining master data, including material master records, vendor master data, and purchasing info records. Inventory Control: Expertise in inventory management, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory. Procurement and Purchasing: Strong background in procurement processes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and release strategies. Batch Management: Familiarity with SAP batch management for managing batch-controlled materials. ABAP Basics: Basic understanding of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) for customization and debugging. Data Migration: Proficiency in data migration and data conversion activities during SAP implementations or upgrades. Reporting and Analytics: Ability to utilize SAP reporting tools for data analysis and reporting. Project Management: Experience in SAP project implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, with knowledge of project management methodologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize SAP MM/WM/LE processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills for creating functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
