Call Center Service Representative, Temporary Hold Until End Of February M - F 8 am - 9 pm (8 hour shift) Times vary Customer Service Representative Responsible for providing professional, high-quality phone support regarding pharmacy benefits to clients, pharmacies, and members. Key Responsibilities: Promptly and courteously answer inbound calls. Assess, prioritize, and resolve customer issues effectively. Document all pertinent call information. Requirements: 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred). Proficiency in Windows-based applications. Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to change. Preferred: PBM/healthcare experience, Pharmacy Technician certification, or Bilingual (English/Spanish). Education High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus Physical Demands - Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.Must meet drug screen & background criteria Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00
