Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the full scope of projects to ensure financial success and confirm all deadlines are met Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings as requested Acting point of contact for owners, internal staff, subcontractors, architects, & engineers Seamless communication and collaboration with other project managers Work in partnership with Superintendents and other onsite team members Onsite collaboration to ensure project safety at all times Other duties as needed and assigned Requirements: JOC Experience Preferred Preferably hold a BS in Construction Management or Engineering Possess 5-10 years of construction project management experience Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, and Negotiation
