The Experience You'll Create: The Total Rewards Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems processes. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of total rewards activities, including payroll-related entries, benefit administration, and employee data management. The Administrator partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain efficient workflows, support audits, and deliver a seamless employee experience. Ingredients for Thriving: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or total rewards administration (experience with Paycom or similar HRIS). Understanding of FMLA and basic benefits administration processes. Location(s) & Logistics: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Hybrid working environment (1 to 2 days a week in the office).
