Facilities Finish Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with a proven ability to build, install, and repair a wide range of structures and fixtures. This role demands precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. What You Will Be Doing Key duties include installing baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, stair railings, and custom cabinets, as well as performing inspections and repairs on existing woodwork. Installs cabinetry and other decorative and functional woodwork. Assists with final stages of a construction project to enhance a building's aesthetic appeal. Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks including walls, floors, forms, doorframes, windows, and doors. Build or assemble custom fixtures such as shelves, furniture, and temporary displays. What We Are Looking For Ability to provide accurate construction estimates and select cost-effective materials and wood species. Provide simple sketches and designs for review and approval. Proven track record of completing projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor helpers on-site. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met. Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including 5-7 years in a journeyman carpenter role. Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes. Our Requirements Certification in carpentry or related trade preferred. Familiarity with modern tools, techniques, and safety standards. Compliance with safety requirements and building codes.
