As a global leader in advanced CNC machining, automated production, and turnkey manufacturing solutions, we support customers across aerospace, defense, and industrial markets with precision, quality, and reliability.We are looking for skilled, detail-oriented technicians who take pride in craftsmanship and quality to join our Deburr & Assembly team as a Deburr & Finish Technician IV.Job SummaryThe Deburr & Finish Technician IV operates machinery safely and efficiently while performing deburring, finishing, inspection, and assembly of machined parts in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. This role supports daily production needs and ensures parts are prepared for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.What You Will Be Doing Deburr, finish, and assemble machined parts in accordance with company procedures Saw and move finished products between workstations and production areas as needed Operate shop and production equipment safely and in accordance with established safety requirements Perform visual inspections of completed products to ensure compliance with quality standards Adhere to current revisions of Production & Inspection Process (P-04) and AS9100 policies and procedures Record job time and material usage accurately for each assigned project Produce work according to verbal and written instructions Identify and report product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to management Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, including proper tool storage Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with training guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with hand tools and basic shop equipment Strong communication skills, including active listening Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus What We Offer Stable, full-time employment in a growing manufacturing organization Comprehensive training and skill development 100% company-paid medical and dental coverage Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Team-focused, safety-driven work environment Ready to Grow With Us?At 5th Axis, quality and teamwork matter.
