Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details: Mercy Columbus is a 25 bed critical care community hospital within the Mercy Ministry. Our MedSurg is crossed trained with the ED and Infusion to provide high quality care in Southeast KS. Qualifications:Experience: Current RN LicenseEducation : Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire. Why Mercy?
