Primary duties will include (but not limited to): Provides legal review/contract award support to Natick contracting. Knowledge and Skills: Expert knowledge of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is critical to reviews. Demonstrated ability to assist Government Program Managers (PMs) / Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) with developing pre-solicitation requirement packages and to serve as the liaison between the PMs / CORs and Contracting Officers (KOs) of procurement agencies to successfully process their requirements. Demonstrated ability to assist with the development of acquisition and contracts documentation for procurement packages, including the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) / Statement of Work (SOWs), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Memorandums, requirement approval documents and any other requested documents. Education / Experience: Bachelor or Masters degree. Minimum 16 years experience. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: This is a normal office working environment.
