We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging Line Associates. In this role, you'll help assemble specialty seasoning kits and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll Do As a Packaging Line Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, accurately packed products every time. Your responsibilities will include: Assembling specialty seasoning kits according to detailed work instructions Accurately packing seasoning products into boxes Labeling, sealing, and preparing boxes for shipment Verifying correct items, quantities, and packaging components Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Following all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines Communicating any material, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors Assisting with additional packaging or warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Qualifications: Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred - but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to: Stand for extended periods of time Lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift Bend, reach, and twist as required Work Environment Warehouse and packaging line setting Moderate noise levels Fast-paced production environment Why Join Us?
