CGP: Invoicing Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and distribute accurate invoices following company policies and client contracts. Verify invoice data for accuracy, including customer details, billed services/products, and pricing. Resolve billing discrepancies promptly and maintain detailed records of invoicing activities. Track, monitor, and manage accounts receivable balances, following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments. Address client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account discrepancies, while supporting the accounting team with additional tasks as needed. Requirements: Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA Must have at least 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable invoicing. Proficiency in large ERP systems is required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create reports. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members. Proven ability to manage accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection of payments. Experience addressing client inquiries and resolving account discrepancies professionally.
