Maintenance Planner – Clemens Food GroupLocation: Hatfield, PA | On-Site Overview Join the Clemens Food Group maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our operations running reliably and efficiently. As a Maintenance Planner, you will use your SAP/CMMS expertise to create, schedule, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance work that improves performance, safety, and equipment uptime across our production facilities. This position is ideal for a mid-level planner with strong SAP or CMMS experience who enjoys problem solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans in SAP PM or a similar CMMS Create detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, and safety procedures Review work orders for accuracy, prioritize maintenance requests, and coordinate with production and maintenance supervisors to schedule work efficiently Analyze downtime, failure data, and maintenance KPIs to identify improvement opportunities Partner with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to improve asset performance and reduce unplanned downtime Maintain CMMS data accuracy, including equipment hierarchy, BOMs, job templates, and task lists Lead weekly maintenance planning and scheduling meetings Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards QualificationsRequired:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a maintenance planning or scheduling role Advanced proficiency in SAP PM or a comparable CMMS (such as Maximo, EAM, or Fiix) Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications Excellent analytical and communication skills with a focus on turning data into actionable plans High attention to detail and strong commitment to CMMS data integrity Ability to work effectively across maintenance, production, and engineering teams Preferred:Technical degree or certification in maintenance or reliability (CMRP, PMP, or equivalent) Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), or Lean principles Why Work at Clemens Food GroupBe part of a family-owned company with over 130 years of history and a strong commitment to its team members and community Work with modern SAP-based maintenance systems and contribute to a growing reliability program Join a collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence Opportunities for advancement into reliability engineering, maintenance leadership, or continuous improvement roles Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
