Position Summary As a Technical Recruiter specializing in the AEC industry, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of technical positions such as architects, civil and structural engineers, MEP specialists, construction managers, BIM professionals, and project managers. You'll partner with account managers to understand project requirements, forecast workforce needs, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office per week for our Raleigh location. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through industry-specific platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Screen candidates for technical qualifications, licensure (PE, RA, LEED, etc.), project experience, and cultural fit. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report hiring metrics. Collaborate with account managers to define current and future hiring needs for AEC roles. Stay informed of AEC industry trends, certifications, and evolving talent demands. Required Qualifications 2–5+ years of agency recruiting experience. Proficient with ATS and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple roles across various disciplines and geographic regions. Familiarity with technical skillsets in the AEC space is preferred but not required.
