Interim Hr Generalist We're partnering with a company, seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee relations to join our team in Fort Worth for interim support. This role supports employees and managers with workplace concerns, investigations, performance conversations, and policy guidance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues Conduct investigations and document findings Coach managers on performance management and corrective actions Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Support onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS updates Assist with engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Requirements: 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with ER focus Strong knowledge of employment law Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills Experience handling sensitive and confidential situations Full-time, onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
