We are seeking a talented, Fellowship trained or generalist, independent, and entrepreneurial otolaryngologist who wants to be part of community-based, private practice. This is an exciting and rare opportunity with the potential for partnership and ownership in our clinic, surgery center, and ancillary services (Audiology, Hearing Aids and Imaging services). Immediate >0.25 share of a very profitable ASC run by our ENT practice alone, immediate access to Audiology, Hearing Aid, and Imaging revenue. Time to ASC full share ownership is only 3 years. We have been part of Proliance Surgeons since 2008. Our practice currently includes six full-time physicians (three fellowship trained), one part-time physician assistant and four audiologists. We offer comprehensive ENT, and Audiology services including hearing aids. We also have onsite ancillary services, including CT imaging. We have three convenient locations in Seattle, Edmonds, and Mill Creek (Everett). Our Ambulatory Surgery Center is located adjacent to our Seattle clinic with two operating rooms. We serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
