Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive restructuring plan to stabilize and revitalize the company. Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising business continuity. Assess and manage risks associated with restructuring, including legal, financial, and operational challenges. Oversee liquidity management, cost control, and debt restructuring efforts. Work with creditors, investors, and stakeholders to negotiate terms and maintain financial stability. Provide financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making. Evaluate current business processes, personnel, and operational structures to enhance efficiency. Recommend and implement workforce realignments as necessary. Lead process improvement initiatives to increase profitability and streamline operations. Act as a key liaison with lenders, investors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies. Provide transparent communication to stakeholders regarding restructuring progress and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations throughout the restructuring process. Maintain a fiduciary duty to report all relevant information to the company to ensure that lenders are notified promptly of any material changes or issues impacting financial or operational performance Overcoming strained relationships between the company, lenders, and creditors Driving proactive, open communications Delivering timely and accurate financial reporting Managing cash flow and operations aggressively Leading strategic and deliberate actions Liberating the CEO, CFO, and other executives to focus on core operations Education and Experience Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 15 years of experience as a Chief Restructuring Officer or senior executive in turnaround or distressed business environments. Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial restructuring, crisis management, and turnaround strategies. Proven track record in managing and leading significant corporate restructuring efforts. Expertise in bankruptcy, mergers & acquisitions, and distressed asset management is a plus. Ability to lead in high-pressure situations with a results-driven approach. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communicator at all levels, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, and external parties. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture. Process & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational best practices, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to assess operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across departments and leadership levels.
