CNC MachinistResponsibilities Setting up and operating lathes, cutters, borers, millers, grinders, presses, drills, and CNC machines Aligning and positioning tools, gears, cams, and templates to meet exact specifications Performing test cycles to verify timing, clearance, and tolerances Troubleshooting and resolving machine setup issues Making program edits and adjustments directly on CNC machines Reading blueprints and layouts to plan work sequences and tooling Training and mentoring team members as needed Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives like kaizen and cycle time reduction.
