Title: Full Time Warehouse/Manufacturing Safety Risk Coordinator - Must be flexible with shifts and open to 3rd shift Location: New Albany, OH. What You Will Need: Minimum 2 years of boots on the ground Safety Risk experience of over 100 employees. Safety and Training focus OSHA 10 Safety and Health Fundamentals Certificate 2+ years of Leadership Experience within Logistics and Supply Chain Management environments. Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience preferred Successful Project Management or ITIL services experience. Effective professional communication skills, verbal, and written Hazardous Materials training and certification preferred Problem-solving capabilities Customer Relationship Management focus Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative or part of a remote team Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously Foundation in Project Management would be an advantage What will be expected of you: Lead the Safety focus, root cause analysis and mitigation within your region of North America. Ensure root cause analysis is completed within 48-hours for all Safety Incidents. Analyze the Safety Observations to predict areas of concern, training needs, and to ensure incident avoidance. Motivate, inspire, and encourage team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to execute safely. Partner with internal teams and Client to produce a best-in-class service. Recommend improvements to systems and processes to identify areas of service improvement and best utilization of resources. Perform ad-hoc analysis as well as regular business reviews to support decision making. Understand the business needs for Safety and Training requirements of the client to improve data systems and develop new reporting methods to provide better business visibility. Plan your work to ensure operational commitments are met. Collaborate on cross-functional operational initiatives. Identify process and systems gaps and partner with Milestone and Client operations to drive Safety and Training results. Support the continuous development of operational services on site. Compensation: Estimated Pay Range: Will be discussed on screening call with Talent Acquisition.
