Technical Trainer

We are seeking a Technical Trainer in support of the HASTUS Phase 2 – Rail + MVP Bus Operations & Bidding project to support the migration from the legacy system Trapeze to HASTUS. This role will be a temporary contract position to support bus and rail daily operations during the lifecycle of a major Trapeze to HASTUS upgrade initiative for the anticipated period of 24 months. 10+ years of experience developing and designing technical training content 10+ years of experience delivering technical system training 10+ years of experience with curriculum development and successful technical training delivery 8+ years of experience developing training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources such as CBT’s. 2+ years of experience and Knowledge of Transit Scheduling and Daily Operations systems such as Trapeze and/or HASTUS. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
