We're looking for an energetic, motivated Human Resources Business Partner/HR Generalist to join our entrepreneurial, collaborative team. This role reports directly to the HR Director and offers hands-on experience across all aspects of HRfrom employee relations and HRIS management to benefits and compliance. Small team, big impact, and plenty of room to grow What You'll Do You'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and help keep our HR operations running smoothly: Own and manage the HRIS system (new hires, terminations, employee changes, and reporting) Maintain accurate employee files and HR records Support employees with HR-related questions, including leaves, compensation, and benefits Administer compensation and benefits programs Act as a trusted HR partnerhelping resolve employee concerns with thoughtful, solutions-focused support Reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Stay current on federal and state labor laws to ensure ongoing compliance Recommend and support employee relations initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience Strong multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
