Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Capital Management: Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners. Operational Efficiency: Drive financial process improvements and system implementations to support scalability. Who are you? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred). Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior CFO or senior financial executive roles. Strategic Visionary: Proven track record of guiding organizations through growth and change. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance requirements. Exceptional Communicator: Ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
