Construction Inspector

About the Role: EnTech seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a "Construction Inspector" in Long Island, NY. In this role, the individual must have building experience and be able to travel to the job site in Long Island, NY. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Pre-Construction contract review Daily inspection and supervision Review, record, and track all submittals Monitoring Contract Cost and Schedule Documentation of Contractor Performance QA/QC reviews and compliance Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years' experience working on building projects as an inspector or superintendent. Experience in construction, specializing in Building/ Masonry/ Concrete/ Structural Steel and MEP Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture Estimated Annual Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
