Job Summary: The Pipefitter Helper I supports mechanics in installing hydronic systems by assisting with positioning, aligning, and assembling components. This role requires a proactive attitude, basic tool knowledge, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments are essential. Responsibilities: Shows up on time every day with a willingness to learn Positive attitude and keeps a good morale on-site Know the different types of fittings, pipe sizes, and material types Starting to see the needs of the Mechanic and having them ready before being asked Ability to inspect tools, cords, and fire extinguishers. Has Hand tools to perform the task Take the initiative to start new tasks without direction. OSHA 10 Understanding of the OPS system (Tier zero trackers) Qualifications: Willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic knowledge of tools Willingness to install different hydronic systems.
