This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, bilingual professional with a passion for regulatory compliance and knowledge management The Regulatory Review Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of Spanish-language marketing materials, while also supporting the development of advanced knowledge tools for the organization. Key Responsibilities • Spanish Marketing Creative Review: Conduct thorough reviews of Spanish-language marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders. • Meeting Participation and Documentation: Attend weekly credit card product meetings to capture detailed notes, focusing on product-specific nuances, regulatory considerations, and emerging issues. • Knowledge Base Development: Organize and synthesize meeting notes and regulatory nuances to contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of a product-specific knowledge base Support the integration of this knowledge into AI/LLM-driven tools for broader team use. As a Card & Connected Commerce Marketing Copy Review Analyst you will contribute to a strong controls environment as an integral part of the first line of defense (FLOD) by providing regulatory oversight guidance for and performing reviews of marketing communications and digital marketing materials for the purposes of validating compliance with marketing and advertising regulatory requirements. • What does a "typical" day look like in this role? oReview of customer communications for compliance with marketing & advertising regulations oAttending meetings with marketing teams to discuss draft creatives and provide early feedback Requirement: Required Qualifications • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading and writing Spanish and English, with the ability to accurately review and interpret Spanish-language marketing creatives. • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to take comprehensive, in-depth notes and identify key details relevant to compliance and product development. • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and build structured knowledge repositories. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document nuances and interact with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in legal, regulatory compliance, financial services, or marketing review. • Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven knowledge management tools. • Prior experience supporting legal or compliance teams, including paralegal or legal assistant experience. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 3 + years of professional experience with consumer and business-to-business advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk or audit experience • Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred • Extensive regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels • In-depth banking experience including strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels • Experience in drafting Procedures and training documents a plus Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills • Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written) • Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization • Use sound judgement for risk-based decision making to mitigate/manage risk • Proven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlines • Be results-oriented with a strong attention to detail • What are the top 3 things you look for in a candidate? oRegulatory experience, natural curiosity, bias toward action oCandidate must be comfortable speaking up in meetings and have a genuine desire to work as a team and partner with our marketers
