With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Avionics Technician to join our team in supporting the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of aircraft electronic systems. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of avionics systems on our aircraft. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Install, inspect, test, and repair avionics systems including communication, navigation, radar, autopilot, and flight control systems. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Perform functional checks and troubleshooting of avionics components and systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper integration of avionics systems. Document work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and improvement of avionics installation processes. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in avionics or electronics preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in avionics installation or maintenance (or equivalent military experience). Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards (Part 23 or Part 91/135 environments). Ability to use hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Garmin avionics systems. Previous work on Kodiak aircraft or similar turboprop platforms. A&P or FCC license is a plus.
