Responsibilities: As the Lean Leader, champion continuous improvement, optimizing processes and empowering your team to reach new heights. Manage multiple customers seamlessly, ensuring on-time delivery, world-class quality, and strong partnerships. Lead a multi-level workforce, fostering collaboration and achieving peak performance through effective delegation and coaching. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans, drive cost reductions, and ensure profitability. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of senior management experience in Automotive Manufacturing or another similar type of Complex or Industrial Manufacturing company. Any Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce Bachelor's degree Proven mastery of Lean principles, including VIEW, VAVE, TQM, and 5S. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of safety regulations, quality management, and customer relationships.
