General Superintendent

About the Job Tierra Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee and manage daily field operations. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in industrial services, including water blasting, vac truck operations, and Hydro Excavating activities. Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews across various job sites. Ensure safe and efficient execution of water blasting, vac truck, and Hydro X operations. Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, IDOT, and IDEM regulations. Conduct site inspections and safety audits. Report directly to senior management and support project planning and execution. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in industrial or environmental services. Extensive hands-on experience with water blasting, vac truck, and Hydro X operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, IDOT, and IDEM standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
