POSITION OVERVIEW Join Canon Medical Informatics as a Senior Account-Based Marketing Specialist and play a key role in shaping our advanced visualization portfolio's market success. In this position, you will lead account-based marketing initiatives, drive go-to-market strategies, develop impactful content, and ensure our solutions are market-ready. You'll be instrumental in executing product launches, strategic account programs, sales enablement, digital communications, and customer engagement initiatives-delivering results with clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIESAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Execution Own the enterprise ABM strategy for priority accounts, aligning programs to revenue objectives and long-term growth initiatives Architect and lead multi-stakeholder engagement strategies spanning executive, clinical, technical, and financial decision makers Develop ABM plays including: Custom demos and tailored presentations Executive engagement activities Event-based activations and programs Pursuit plans in partnership with Sales leadership Produce customer success stories, proof points, ROI narratives, and other content assets that deepen engagement with priority accounts Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Excellence Lead development and execution of GTM plans and deliverables for new products, major enhancements, and market releases Govern the GTM checklist, readiness milestones, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Clinical, and Events teams Develop clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures tailored to diverse audiences Coordinate creation of launch materials including brochures, sales presentations, FAQs, objection handling tools, playbooks, and campaign assets Deliver internal enablement and launch readiness updates to Sales, Business Development, and Clinical teams Sales Enablement & Field Readiness Create and maintain sales enablement tools including playbooks, messaging guides, demo scripts, workflow guides, and competitive differentiation materials Ensure alignment across Sales, Clinical, Business Development, and Events regarding messaging, positioning, and activation timelines Support teams with content and materials that elevate customer conversations and improve sales readiness Voice of Customer, Peer-to-Peer Content, and Customer Programs Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight meaningful clinical, operational, and business outcomes Coordinate peer-to-peer content development, speaker identification, and programs that support educational and engagement initiatives Digital Strategy & LinkedIn Oversight (Execution via Freelancers) Own digital content strategy and execution for product launches, ABM, and customer communications, overseeing external partners and freelancers across LinkedIn, web, and Pardot. Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging through strong governance of channels, workflows, and quality standards across all digital touchpoints. QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Required 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B marketing within enterprise healthcare IT software. 10+ years designing and leading enterprise ABM strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments Demonstrated success in go-to-market planning, and commercialization. Experience creating clear, compelling messaging for clinical, technical, operational, and executive audiences Preferred Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or contract resources Experience in B2B marketing in healthcare, medical technology, and/or enterprise software industries JOB COMPETENCIES Adaptability/Flexibility - Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
