Human Resources Generalist We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level specialist position, ideal for a recent graduate or an HR professional with 12 years of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment. As part of a global organization, you will receive hands-on training and guidance from both U.S. management and global headquarters, gaining valuable exposure to HR practices and programs. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions Assist with HR programs, policies, and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Communicate effectively with employees and management Collaborate with U.S. and global HR teams on ongoing initiatives Support special HR projects as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field OR 12 years of HR experience Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field Preferred Skills Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus Spanish proficiency is a plus Additional Information Standard MondayFriday, 40-hour office schedule Occasional late hours may be required to collaborate with international teams in East Asia
