The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For: 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across multiple sectors. Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
