Client Relationship Manager An Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role. Responsibilities Support senior advisors through preparation of detailed deliverables. Participate in client meetings via organized prop and thoughtful execution. Work closely with Ruben Wealth Partners colleagues. Collaborate with Rockefeller Operations teams. Coordinate with third-party financial contacts to understand each client's full financial landscape. Execute daily operational tasks with precision. Complete account-opening documentation. Process check requests, journals, wires, custodial updates, and all related service items. Deliver top-tier service to clients. Manage all operational and administrative aspects of client accounts with consistency, responsiveness, and a strong attention to detail. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding account status, service needs, required documents, and upcoming action items. Serve as a trusted operational resource for advisors. Provide steady problem resolution across all client requests. Qualifications 3-6 years of relevant experience, working within the wealth management industry in a client service or operational capacity is preferred Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred Series 7 and 66 licenses required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitude Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently Strong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and recognition of critical issues Compensation Range The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
