What You'll Do Build systems that live inside clinical workflows Turn clinical complexity into simple experiences Build for trust and quality Own outcomes, not just code Ship agentic workflow functionality Operate in close collaboration Grow with the domain What We're Looking For 3-5 years of software engineering experience Strong full-stack fundamentals Sound engineering judgment Ownership and follow-through Collaborative working style Comfort with ambiguity Fluency with AI coding tools Experience with agentic frameworks, modelling complex domains, orchestration, and event-driven architectures is a plus The Way We Work 1.
