Project Manager 2 The Project Manager 2 is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Environmental, Health & Safety(EHS), Maintenance, contractors, vendors, and clients. This role is responsible to handle administrative aspects of the project from start to completion, track and monitor the project status and milestones, and ensure projects meets all standards, timelines, and budgets. Job Description What You'll Do Collaborates with management and client(s) to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with the company's goals Partners with internal and external stakeholders to determine project budgets Facilitates and leads effective project meetings to evaluate work and productivity Develops a comprehensive project management workflow Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project schedules, change proposals, and other activities Monitors resources to improve project efficiency and maximize productivity Develops and maintains the project performance database to track progress and milestones Ensures projects are on track to meet codes, standards, timelines, budget requirements, etc. Analyzes project(s) progress and notifies stakeholders to adjust timelines, as needed to achieve optimal results Identifies potential project risks and escalates to management or required stakeholders Contributes to the development and implementation of risk strategies to minimize impact and deviations from estimated budget and timelines Builds and maintains positive relationships with external stakeholders by providing prompt responses, updates, and support Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and vendors necessary for project completion Organize and delegate tasks to project team members to ensure successful completion Assists with conducting any required training for project members Provides guidance and coaching to project members, as needed Other duties, as assigned Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field 5 years of experience in project management or planning Preferred Requirements Experience interpreting complicated product documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with attention to high-level concepts Experience creating work plans and detailed project schedules Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing facilities Project Management Professional (PMP) Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, etc. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time up to 120 minutes Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time up to 120 minutes Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingers Ability to bend, push or pull, reach to retrieve materials from 18" to 60" in height, and use twisting motions Will work in warm/cold environments between 0-115 F Will work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind EEO Information Fujifilm is committed to providing equal opportunities in hiring, promotion and advancement, compensation, benefits, and training regardless of nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, political creed, ideology, national, or social origin, disability, veteran status, etc. ADA Information If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please direct your inquiries to our HR Department.
