Full Charge Bookkeeper Paradise Exteriors is a home improvement company serving Florida homeowners for over 15 years. Specializing in roofing, window and door replacement, Paradise Exteriors maintains multiple offices and warehouses to serve customers on both Florida Coasts. Our main office is located in Boynton Beach, Florida. We have over 100 members of our staff and are ranked as one of the 100 largest home improvement companies in America. The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is responsible for overseeing cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P & AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing, including meeting with upper management for the assembly of cash flow projections for all areas of the operation. This position will require an organized accounting professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, in person, at our Boynton Beach, Florida office. The candidate will also be responsible for the following: Able to interface accounting from other programs to QuickBooks. Reconciling cash, bank accounts and revenues. Maintaining an accurate general ledger, adjustments when needed. Creating journal entries for all accounts, including fixed assets. Monitoring the business' cash flow. Issuing invoices to and posting of payments to QuickBooks. Accumulating information for the preparation of tax returns. Reparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements. Collecting information for auditing purposes. Communicate with accountant on month-end closing. Compile necessary information when needed for various financial institutions. Compile Excel spreadsheets when requested. Skills and qualifications: You must be self-driven, able to communicate well with others, organized and detail oriented. In addition: Minimum 3 years experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper. Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and bank feeds. Advanced knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software.
