Recruiting Coordinator At TriEdge Investments, we build world-class teams that power value creation across a portfolio of healthcare, financial services, and technology companies. Our recruiting function is a core lever of that strategy-moving fast, operating with rigor, and partnering closely with founders, operators, and engineering leaders to build enduring companies. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a critical part of this engine. You'll own the operational backbone of recruiting-ensuring interviews run flawlessly, candidates have an exceptional experience, and recruiters and hiring managers can operate at high velocity. This is a hands-on, onsite role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values precision, and takes pride in operational excellence. This is not a passive scheduling role. You'll be expected to anticipate issues, manage complexity, and act like an owner of the recruiting process. What You'll Do Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple roles and portfolio companies, including complex, multi-round, and executive-level scheduling Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a white-glove candidate experience Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage calendars, priorities, and changing schedules in real time Maintain pristine ATS hygiene (interview stages, notes, feedback, offer tracking, reporting accuracy) Coordinate onsite interviews, including room setup, interview loops, candidate arrival logistics, and day-of troubleshooting Support offer processes, reference checks, and closing logistics as needed Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience Assist with recruiting operations projects as the team scales (process documentation, tooling improvements, reporting) About You Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or in a similar recruiting operations role Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling with multiple stakeholders Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Calm, professional communicator who can handle last-minute changes and competing priorities without dropping the ball Comfortable working fully onsite in a fast-paced NYC office environment Experience working with modern ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar strongly preferred) Bias toward action and ownership-you don't wait to be told when something is broken Why Join TriEdge Investments Be part of a high-impact recruiting team supporting category-defining companies Work directly with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and portfolio leadership Gain exposure to technical, product, and leadership hiring across healthcare and fintech Build foundational recruiting and operations skills with clear growth opportunities Join a team that values clarity, speed, ownership, and operational excellence Location TriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York. This role is expected to be in office Monday - Thursday, working from home on Fridays. Compensation & Benefits Pay Transparency The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000$82,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated impact.
