The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team: What You Will Do Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery of materials, components, and services in support of program and production requirements. Identify and address potential delivery risks by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement recovery plans. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track production schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with procurement, quality, and program management teams to resolve delivery issues and align on priorities. Conduct root cause analysis of delivery delays and work with suppliers to establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Utilize supply chain management tools and systems to track and report on supplier delivery performance metrics. Support initiatives to standardize and improve delivery assurance processes and practices. Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance supplier performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders on supplier delivery status, risks, and recovery efforts. Travel as needed. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, delivery assurance, procurement, or a related discipline OR an advanced degree and 3 years relevant experience. Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, delivery assurance practices, and supplier performance management. 3+ years of experience working with supply chain management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. Qualifications We Prefer Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or equivalent. Experience in the aerospace or defense industry. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of McKinney, TX. Hybrid: Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
