Job Duties Responsibilities Your mission: Read and analyze RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance. Assist in creating materials like project write-ups, resumes, and client presentations. Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering. Manage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timely. Maintain up-to-date proposal information in MSA's DAM, ERP, and CRM. Manage multiple projects and responsibilities independently. Qualifications What you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales. Previous experience in A/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. Familiarity with AP Style. Familiarity with CRM databases. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across remote teams. Demonstrated sense of urgency and service orientation. Must be comfortable working closely with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify resources. Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $68,700 to $110,200 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
