Job Duration: Long term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K About the Role We are seeking a Digital Archive Specialist to support a project focused on extracting, organizing, and archiving legacy firmware and software assets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical tasks with structured documentation and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Extract firmware and software from archived physical media (e.g., floppy disks, CDs, tape drives) and upload into designated repository. Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor progress and data integrity. Provide regular status updates and generate project metrics as needed. Query automation databases to confirm whether systems are still active. Collaborate with team members in a positive, solutions-oriented manner. Qualifications Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational ability. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides). Customer service mindset with willingness to assist others. Flexibility and adaptability in a project-based environment.
