You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. We are looking to expand our Network of Consultants in your area, that are bi-lingual in Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali and KoreanAdvantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include: Comprehensive crisis response training Flexible schedule, work on case-by-case basis Personalized support Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app Supplemental income To learn more about R3 and the work we do, please visit our website: R3C.com Requirements Required Qualifications: Independently licensed in the state of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, NP-PP or Psychologist) Minimum of a master's degree in mental health Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00 Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training. If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost. Salary Description $100 - $125
