As we continue to grow, we are seeking Regional Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region. Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes. Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in Korean required. Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
