This role requires utilizing clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to carry out the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and time management. The RN promotes quality communication, teamwork, leadership, and professionalism while coordinating patient education, safety initiatives, and interdisciplinary care. Position Overview Permanent, full-time role Start date: ASAP Level II Trauma Center environment Provides care for assigned patient populations Shift Details 12hr night shifts 36 hours per week Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $35.44 - $46.44 per hour (based on experience) Shift differentials if applicable Eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available up to $7,500 Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process Monitor and manage telemetry and cardiac patients Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care and education Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives Complete required competencies and professional development activities Participate in peer review, unit education, and patient satisfaction initiatives Etc.
