Reconstruction Estimator

Recon Estimator The Recon Estimator is responsible for producing complete, accurate estimates and scopes in Xactimate, supporting supplements, and ensuring a clean handoff to production so projects are executed efficiently and profitably. Key duties include: Site inspections, moisture/condition observations, measurements and photos Create detailed Xactimate estimates and scope narratives Identify missing scope items early and reduce re-work Manage supplements with proper documentation Coordinate with production on sequence, trade needs, and timelines Communicate updates to customers and insurance stakeholders Maintain organized job files and estimating notes Must-have: Xactimate proficiency Estimating experience (restoration/construction) Professional communication + strong follow-through Valid driver's license Nice-to-have: IICRC certifications Program work experience (TPA/carrier managed) DocuSketch or Matterport familiarity Pay/Benefits: Competitive based on experience + performance opportunity. Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
