Job Description As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process by developing effective treatment plans and ensuring patients receive the highest level of care. Key responsibilities include: Develop effective treatment plans and obtain approval for services from the referring physician. Treat patients according to the physician's treatment plan. Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in direct patient care and patient-related activities, following state practice act guidelines. Communicate with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress, issues, and plans. Required License or Certification Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
