Account And Claims Specialist Clean USA Water Mold and Fire in Sycamore is hiring a full time Account and Claims Specialist to help homeowners during water and fire damage emergencies. This is NOT a cold calling position. Your main responsibilities are insurance documentation, insurance auditing, writing insurance estimates, and communicating with insurance carriers and customers. What you will do: Support inbound calls and outbound customer updates Dispatch new jobs as they come in Audit files before insurance submission Write insurance scopes Create Xactimate estimate packages Submit invoices Handle claim questions and rebuttals What we are looking for: Detail oriented Organized and dependable Strong communication skills Xactimate preferred Positive attitude and team focused Schedule and Pay: Full time Monday through Friday $16 to $21 per hour If you want to be part of a positive, supportive team and help customers during stressful moments, apply today.
