Forklift Driver

Warehouse Forklift Operator Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move and stack products and materials in the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or other storage units. Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and ensure correct placement. Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in organizing products for shipment and order fulfillment. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect forklift equipment regularly and perform minor maintenance as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping areas. Collaborate with other team members to meet shipping and production goals. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling products. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Valid forklift certification (OSHA-certified) or the ability to obtain certification. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for long periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and logging information. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
