Inspector - 2nd Shift

Crown Staffing is hiring: 2nd Shift Inspector - Batavia, OH Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:15 AM Starting Pay: $16.50/hr and up, based on experience Crown Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role ensuring electronic assemblies meet established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Inspect electronic materials and assemblies for conformance to specifications Perform basic startup and shutdown procedures for equipment Learn to read component values, polarity, and orientation (thru-hole and SMT components like resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.) Utilize inspection gauges and tools to meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 or customer standards Reference assembly drawings and bills of materials for inspection requirements Take responsibility for the quality of your work and follow established processes Communicate effectively with team members and suggest improvements Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in electronic assembly Strong computer skills and ability to learn inspection processes Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards or willingness to learn Detail-oriented, reliable, and cooperative team player Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and stretch as required If you are motivated, quality-focused, and ready to grow in a manufacturing environment, apply today through Crown Staffing!
