Our Maintenance Technicians are front-line, customer-facing team members who always keep safety and service excellence top of mind. Pay: $34.66/hour Position is 1st shift and follows a 4/10 schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. What You'll Do: Repair or replace defective equipment/parts on a scheduled or emergency basis Troubleshoot/repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform general building maintenance activities What You Won't Do: Suffer from boredom - you're always doing and learning new things, with a variety of coworkers Max out - you'll step into the same role where many of our leadership team members started, you'll see plenty of advancement opportunities and chances to earn overtime Who You Are: A tinkerer who loves to uncover how things work and resolve technical issues A skilled customer service provider with excellent communication skills A tech-savvy do-er with a good understanding of basic mechanical and/or electrical configurations What You'll Need: Knowledge of SDS, hazmat, LOTO procedures and preventative maintenance programs 1-2 years of experience in the field of maintenance/electrical maintenance Experience with reading schematics, CNC maintenance, and MIG/TIG welding Ability to operate a forklift High School diploma or related experience What You'll Enjoy: Environment where we promote from within, cross-train and provide ongoing skill development Robust benefits package including great health insurance, holiday pay, employee referral bonuses, and even pet insurance!
